Spring Sports are off to a great start. HS and JH track have competed and have placed very well so far in their meets. Reminder that this is a big track weekend for Ridgedale as we host the 1st Annual JH Friday Night Lights Invitational beginning at 4:30pm. Also, on Saturday we will host the HS Dave Schorr Track Invitational beginning at 10am.
Rocket Baseball and Softball will hopefully get some good weather to finally kick off their seasons.

Jr/Sr High students learned about different careers that matched their aptitudes. Here is a little feedback from students: Many careers need each other to work properly & provide jobs for each other; I have other things that interest me other than the career I wanted to do before today; There are great opportunities for engineering in Marion; If I put my mind to it, I can do anything.
We appreciate our community members taking their time to come in and our students for their feedback as we continue to expose them to a variety of professions in a variety of ways! #RocketPride
Not only did elementary students have the opportunity to Change the World on 4B Friday, they created cards to send and enjoyed a dance party to celebrate PBIS behavior! There was a whole school celebration, too! #RocketPride
What a wonderful learning experience and partnership in Mrs. Shumaker's art class! As if one trained artist in there wasn't enough, students had another opportunity to work with our visiting artist as well! I even had the opportunity to learn alongside the students! #RocketPride
As part of 4B Friday's Change the World project, students gathered donations, sorted them, and sent them to Indian Lake to support those affected by the tornadoes! Amazing to see the support from our community! #RocketPride

Ridgedale Elementary has changed our focus for this month's Change the World project to help out a neighboring community after last night's storms and tornados.

Ryan Cook, Ridgedale Board of Education member and Tiffin City Schools Treasurer, visited the high school to talk to Mrs. Grieshop's Senior Success classes about budgeting, a great life lesson all students can use.
